We have had many request from our customers to support the PayPal online shopping system. As a result, we have converted our online store to support the PayPal system. PayPal does not charge you a fee and has over 40 million customers. Terms and Conditions:
We want you to be satisfied! Please call us immediately if you encounter a problem.
Our terms are: Items may be returned up to 15 days from date of delivery receipt. Exchange or Credit for future purchase (excluding shipping costs).  All returns must be in like new condition with no evidence of wear. Videos, Audio's, Scripts & Books must not be used or packages opened (unless defective) and may be returned for future purchase credit only.  A restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged on returns.  You MUST call us for a return authorization before returning any item 

Ordering Information:
Our catalog sections contain "Add to Cart" buttons for items available online. If you prefer to order online, just select the items you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button under the items you want. When you do, a new window will open that shows the items you have selected. To continue shopping, simply select the "Continue Shopping" and the window will minimize allowing you to go back to our catalog screens. You can switch between catalog sections and order randomly from any item available. Check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by selecting the "View Cart" button. When you have completed shopping, select the "Checkout" button and complete the order process. If you would like a printed copy of what you have ordered, you can print your order prior to selecting the "Checkout" button.

If you prefer to order by phone, FAX or mail, you can still use the online shopping cart to make your selections but after you have completed shopping, just print the order form before selecting the "Checkout" button. The contents of your cart will print so you have a copy to order from. Then, close the shopping cart window without selecting the "Checkout" button. This will cancel the contents and the order. See our "Contact US" page for information on where to send the order.

If you are placing the order online, tax (if applicable) and shipping will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. If you are going to place the order by phone, FAX or mail, remember to add 7% sales tax the the value of the order if the products are to be shipped to an address in GA. We will add shipping cost when we process the order. Shipping cost will be based on the table below.  Please see additional shipping information for puppet stages. All prices are F.O.B.  ** Note: We reserve to right to adjust the shipping cost if what we are charged increases significantly for any reason. We will attempt to contact you if this is the case. International orders will be billed for the additional shipping charges prior to shipment. We will contact you by e-mail for these costs. 

***Puppet stages are made as ordered and are considered a customized item, as they are made to your specifications as per your order.  There are no exchanges, refunds or credits for stages.  All stage sales are final. Due to their size and weight, special shipping rates apply to all stages.  A shipping surcharge will be charged on all stages.  When you checkout on Paypal you will be charged standard shipping costs.  When we receive your order with your location, then we will calculate the amount of the surcharge and contact you prior to filling your order. 

Kingdom-Karactors will not ship any product that has had the catalog price altered in any way. We will contact you if there is any question about the catalog price.
